Visiting Angels in Fredericksburg is immediately hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (Flex Time) for Fredericksburg and surrounding areas.
If you love Seniors and interacting with them, and you are looking for a slower-paced, more flex time position, this is the right fit! RN staff complete initial and quarterly follow-up nurse assessments to our non-medical home care clients -- Veterans and Aging in Place Population.
Nurse Assessments - $60 per assessment / $40 per re-assessment, includes mileage or the ability to use the company vehicle.
Requirement - 10 hours per week in the office is paid as hourly to interact with the office team, the assessments are paid on a per assessment basis and scheduled on RN and client availaibilities.
Nurse Assessments include:
Medical History Current Medical Concerns Medication List Care Plan Instructions for Angel Caregivers Home Safety Evaluation Applicants must have a current Virginia RN license, valid driver's license, as well as their own transportation.
Also, must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Personable and outgoing.
Geriatric nursing experience preferred.
