The GG-13 duties for the Professional work category are at the Senior work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-13 level. In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management positions. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Your resume must reflect the quality level of experience which demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for successful job performance required for this position. Skill in conducting research, analysis and developing reports with assessments of mission requirements that can be used to devise solutions to identified problem areas associated with projects or program area. 5. Ability to analyze and synthesize complex education and training related research, training and operational outcomes into finished products and policy documents on behalf of the Executive Agent. 6. Ability to communicate orally and mastery of written English and technical writing skills. PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
