SUPERVISORY TRAINING SPECIALIST

INDIVIDUAL OCCUPATIONAL REQUIREMENT (IOR) Undergraduate and Graduate Education:
Major study -- education or a subject area related to the position to be filled. OR Experience that demonstrated a practical knowledge of the subject area of the position and of the methods and techniques of instruction. Examples of qualifying specialized experience include:
Teaching or instructing in an adult education program, secondary school, college, military installation, or industrial establishment in the appropriate field(s). Supervising or administering a training program. Development or review of training/course materials, aids, devices, etc., and evaluation of training results. Work in the occupation or subject-matter field of the position to be filled that required training or instructing others on a regular basis. AND In addition to meeting the Individual Occupational Requirement (IOR) above, applicants must also meet the qualifications outlined below. SPECIALIZED
Experience:
Applicant must possess quality level experience which demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies necessary for successful job performance required for this position. Quality experience is experience that has equipped the applicant with the particular competencies/knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position and is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Examples of creditable experience include:
knowledge in Personnel Recovery to include familiarity with Personnel Recovery Policy, Doctrine, Command and Control Architectures, Joint Tactics, Techniques and Procedures and DoD Personnel Recovery capabilities. Note:
Creditable experience may include previous military experience, experience gained in the private sector, or experience gained in another government agency. OR EDUCATION:

Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
1. Knowledge in Personnel Recovery to include familiarity with Personnel Recovery Policy, Doctrine, Command and Control Architectures, Joint Tactics, Techniques and Procedures and DoD Personnel Recovery capabilities. 2. Knowledge of education and training management approaches, as well as methods and technologies for curriculum development and implementation. 3. Knowledge of organization roles and functions of the OSD, the JCS, Combatant Commands, US Special Operations Command, the Services, and the Joint Special Operations Command. 4. Skill in written and oral communication to develop and deliver briefings and reports. 5. Knowledge of common project management and organizational performance practices and procedures. 6. Ability to lead, manage, supervise, and mentor a subordinate staff. PART-TIME OR UNPAID
Experience:
Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week. VOLUNTEER WORK

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
