Must have 3 years of demonstrated, successful sales experience
Excellent leadership skills, Strong closing skills, High degree of emotional intelligence, Strong problem solving, and communication skills
Valid US work authorization

Specific areas of responsibility will include:
Influence the sales process and home-buying decision
Build excitement and urgency for the customer
Communicate value to our buyers through in-depth needs analysis
Demonstrate the model home and available home sites
Use your creative ability to initiate target marketing through means such as direct mail, referral parties, grand opening celebrations and Realtor/Broker presentations.
Utilize your strong closing techniques in order to make the sale
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers as well as realtors
Review blueprints and site plans
Perform cost-estimates/Pre-qualify buyers for financing
Present purchase agreements
Maintain the overall image of your model home and communityEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
