Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to:
o Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
o Processing customer phone orders
o Checking availability of fiber optic connections and installation dates
o Quoting prices, filling order to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
o Conducting the outside sales by preparing price quotes and marketing products

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
