Food and Beverage position Interviewing now! FULL/SELECT/LUXURY service hotel with outstanding growth and stability has an immediate opportunity for an experienced, results-oriented Food and Beverage Director. Define what success means to you, and we will help make it happen!
Position includes direct management of Hotel's Food and Beverage Department and support staff. Ideal candidate will need a minimum of 4 years current Food and Beverage Director experience. Other requirements include:
Experience managing and developing hotel Food and Beverage Operations.
Actively participate in industry related organizations
Strong background in managing high volume multi-unit outlets in a top performing property.
Demonstrated track record of developing high performance Food and Beverage teams.
Superior communication and presentation skills.
Ability to deliver corporate goals and execute company objectives to management, peers, and employees.
Works effectively with all hotel departments.
Enjoys and promotes a team approach to delivering superior guest service.
Hospitality degree a plus.
