Duties - Provide administrative support to the employer, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings - Handle correspondence, including drafting emails, letters, and other documents - Conduct research and compile information as needed - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Qualifications - Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity - Ability to transcribe notes accurately and efficiently - Familiarity with calendar management tools and software - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the employer's day-to-day activities.
