Change Management Specialist
Change Management Specialist Positing Contingent Upon Award and Government acceptance of candidateWorldwide Counter Threat Solutions (WCTS) is seeking a Change Management Specialist to support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) as it addresses updating its current training.
You will be helping improve training processes and oversight through the development of strategic policies and procedures.
Work Location:
Hybrid split between Fredericksburg, VA and Remote.

$90,000 - $120,000The overall contract involves:
Development of a comprehensive policy for VHA that ensures the oversight and standardization of all developed training; Review ILEAD internal procedures and provide recommendations for development or revisions to procedures to ensure compliance with VHA Policy once approved; Process development (to include governance and execution framework), quality metric measurement, and recommendation of monitoring tools and systems; Communications and Outreach to support the change management effort and transition; Administrative and project management support.
Training Support, Implementation Planning, and Documentation; The Change Management Specialist will add the capability of:
Developing plans associated with transition management, implementation of major initiatives, communications associated with major initiatives, risk assessment and monitoring, and organizational transformation and culture change; Completing change management assessments and change management strategy; Identifying and managing anticipated resistance; Creating actionable deliverables, such as a communication plan, roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, or resistance management plan; Supporting and engaging senior leaders; Supporting organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities; Integrating change management activities into project plan, and evaluating and ensuring user readiness; Managing stakeholders; tracking and reporting issues; defining and measuring success metrics and monitoring change progress.
Required:
VHA or Medical Experience Bachelor's Degree or greater At least 6 years' experience Excellent English verbal and written communication skills Clearance:
National Agency Check (NAC) or higher or Clearable US Citizen About Worldwide Counter Threat Solutions:
