13 weeksWeekend required as needed per on call requirements Call, off-shifts and holidays are scheduled as needed on the unit for all staffRequirements:
2 years of experience Sterilization, decontamination, scrub, equipment documentation, aseptic technique, bronchoscopes, colonoscopes, EGD scopes, EBUS, EUS & flex sigmoidoscopes.
Must have strong General, Urology, Ortho & First Assisting experience Flexible endoscope reprocessing skills required.
Procedures include:
ortho, thoracic, robotics, neuro, ortho/spine, L&D, general/gyn/uro open/lap, and ent/plastics/dental (low volume).
Work Setting
Experience:
Inpatient, Outpatient, Trauma & Community Hospital experience required First-timers accepted Must be registered Must complete an accredited surgical technology education program and or have worked as a surg tech prior to 07/01/2012 Currently hold NBSTSA BLS Epic Charting CSFA preferred Other Details:
