Customer Service Coordinator
Full-time Full Job Description Fredericksburg, United States__ We are looking for talented and team-oriented Customer Care Coordinators that thrive in a fast-paced, long sales-cycle environment.
You must be comfortable with the technical nature of our products and have experience in the building products/construction industry.
Structureworks sells pergolas and other outdoor structures that are designed and manufactured at our Fredericksburg, VA factory.
This position works in a customer service and sales capacity to help our team design projects and support our customers.
You will be working with contractors and design professionals across North America to find the best product and design for their residential and commercial projects.
The Details Position Type Full Time, Permanent Schedule Monday - Friday 8:
00AM - 5:
00PM Compensation $50,000
performance incentives Experience Level Four or more years performing the responsibilities listed below Authorization Legally authorized to work in the US Education Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or construction management Responsibilities Lead Intake - find out what a lead needs & if we can help them Customer Support - assist with order updates & questions Sales Order Management - review & process sales orders Helpdesk Ticket Intake & Management - assist customers with issues & warranty claims Contribute to building a positive & connected Sales team made up of office & remote employees Requirements Strong phone presence & experience making dozens of calls per day Experience working with CRM (such as Salesforce or Odoo) Excellent verbal & written communications skills Ability to speak professionally & with confidence about building products and construction techniques Ability to multitask, prioritize, & manage time effectively in our dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment Why Structureworks?
