We are looking for a highly skilled customer service representative to join our team; processing orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Serving as a representative of our company you will be integral to reinforcing our reputation for exceptional customer service.
Objectives of this Role Assist with inbound and outbound calls, prepare emails with knowledge and efficiency Answer questions about products, pricing, and availability Order Processing General Office tasks and projects as needed Research information using available resources to satisfy customer inquiries Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to all customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, status requests, complaints, product returns, etc.
